Our client, one of the largest, most prestigious law firms in the United States, has an immediate need for an experienced, Energy & Infrastructure Projects Mid to Senior Level Associate Attorney, to join our winning team in Houston.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong financing and/or M&A transactional experience is required.
- Ideal candidate will have experience leading project finance and/or acquisition and dispositions.
- A successful candidate must hold a high level of academic achievement and a passion for providing high quality work product and service to our clients.
