Frequently Asked Questions

Assignments will be offered to you by our Scheduling Department via email, call, and/or text; you would be able to accept or decline as your schedule permits. As a JWS Temporary Associate, it would be your responsibility to call in to express your availability to work on a weekly basis. Keeping the Scheduling Team updated with your availability allows them to contact you with available assignments that fit within your schedule so we can get you on site and keep you working.

Due to the temporary nature of these assignments, we do not know until the orders come in; therefore, we cannot guarantee the number of hours you will work. Almost all assignments are 8 hour days but can be short-term (1-3 days) or long-term/ongoing assignments (lasting for a few weeks to several months).

Yes, there are several milestones that would create an opportunity for an increase in pay. This varies by company division, state and region. An excellent question to ask in your interview with your local regional manager.
