These roles sit within a high-performing SAP practice delivering large-scale S/4HANA transformations across the Swiss market, with a focus on Public Cloud, Supply Chain, and Data Migration.
You would be:
- Working on high-impact S/4HANA transformation programmes.
- Working within a top-tier, globally recognised consultancy firm.
- Working with C-level stakeholders and defining strategy.
- Supporting or owning sales cycles and RFP processes (SM/Director level).
- Driving solution design, delivery, and quality assurance.
You must be able to speak German at a fluent level to be considered for this role.
Do you have:
S/4HANA Public Cloud
- Deep experience in Public Cloud implementations (fit-gap, configuration, delivery).
- Strong track record in SAP-driven business transformations.
- Ability to lead programmes and engage at senior client level.
- Expertise across procurement, manufacturing, SD, and supply chain processes.
- Experience delivering end-to-end S/4HANA transformations.
- Proven leadership of large programmes or multiple workstreams.
- Experience designing and delivering end-to-end data migration strategies.
- Strong knowledge of SAP Advanced Data Migration (Syniti preferred).
- Ability to act as technical lead / architect, overseeing build, deployment, and quality.
- Background in consulting.
- Fluent German (essential) strong English.
- Based in Switzerland or willing to relocate, with flexibility to work on-site.
