<p><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size: 11pt"><strong>COMPANY <br /></strong>Amalgamated Sugar produces sugar from sugarbeets grown by the ~700 members of our cooperative. Headquartered in Boise, Idaho, Amalgamated Sugar is the second-largest refiner and processor of sugar from sugarbeets in the United States.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size: 11pt"><strong>JOB SUMMARY<br /></strong></span><span style="font-size: 11pt;font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif">Amalgamated Sugar is seeking to fill an Instrument Person 3rd Class position to work in our Nampa Factory. This is a year-round, full-time position offering an excellent benefits package** upon completion of a 60-day probationary period.</span></p>
<p style="font-size: 11pt;font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;font-weight: 400;text-align: start;text-decoration: none"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size: 11pt">An Instrument Person 3rd Class is responsible for the installation, maintenance, and calibration of various instrumentation devices, including but not limited to valves, analytical instrumentation, level, temperature, pressure, flow devices, and various static and continuous weighing systems. Must be able to troubleshoot these individual devices as well as understand the effect each has in regards to the process. New installations may require the technician to be able to fit instruments, run conduit, wire panels, read, and understand electrical and P&ID blue prints as well as perform initial setup procedures.</span><br /><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size: 11pt"><strong><br />SALARY<br /></strong>$29.05-$32.59 per hour</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size: 11pt"><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES<br /></strong></span></p>

<li style="font-size: 11pt;font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;font-weight: 400;text-align: start;text-decoration: none"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size: 11pt">Must be willing and able to work a rotating shift schedule when necessary. This may include some holidays, weekends, and overtime as needed.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 11pt;font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;font-weight: 400;text-align: start;text-decoration: none"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size: 11pt">Must be a team player and effectively communicate and interact with co-workers as well as internal and external stakeholders such as engineers, plant management, and external vendors.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 11pt;font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;font-weight: 400;text-align: start;text-decoration: none"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size: 11pt">Ability to lift 75 lbs., stand up to 10 hours a day, reach with hands and arms, stoop, squat, bend at the waist, kneel, climb stairs, and move equipment as needed. Must be comfortable in year around outdoor temperatures, in loud conditions, and working around moving mechanical equipment.</span></li>

<p><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size: 11pt"><strong>QUALIFICATIONS</strong></span></p>

<li style="font-size: 11pt;font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;font-weight: 400;text-align: start;text-decoration: none"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size: 11pt">Minimum of 60 credit hours or equivalent vocational training in industrial controls, instrumentation and/or electronics.</span><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size: 11pt"></span></li>
