About the Role
We’re looking for Production Operatives to join a busy and growing manufacturing team. This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same – you’ll support across different areas of production to keep operations running smoothly.
You’ll play a key part in ensuring products are manufactured to the highest standards, from raw materials through to finished goods, contributing to quality, efficiency, and team success.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Operating and maintaining a range of machinery and workstations
- Assembling products using technical drawings and work instructions
- Supporting different production areas as required
- Carrying out quality checks and reporting any issues
- Keeping workspaces clean, organised, and safe
- Following all Health & Safety procedures
- Supporting team members and sharing knowledge
- Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives
What We’re Looking For
Essential:
- Experience using hand tools in a manufacturing environment
- Experience operating machinery (CNC or similar)
- Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
- Physically fit – this is an active, hands-on role
Desirable:
- Woodworking or carpentry experience
- Background in a fast-paced production or factory setting
