Senior Project Manager – Data Centre – Finland

We are currently partnering with a fully integrated infrastructure provider with proven success delivering the UK and Europe’s largest construction projects. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join them on a Data Centre construction project in Helsinki, Finland.

Responsibilities

•    Project Leadership & Delivery
Take full ownership of civils scope delivery across large-scale data centre infrastructure works, ensuring projects are executed safely, on programme, and in line with commercial and quality targets.
•    Programme & Construction Strategy
Lead the planning and execution strategy for civils activities, including earthworks, drainage, utilities, and concrete packages, driving sequencing and productivity across multiple work fronts.
•    Team & Subcontractor Management
Manage site teams, engineers, and subcontractors, ensuring works are delivered in line with approved methodologies, resource plans, and performance expectations.
•    Client & Main Contractor Interface
Act as the primary point of contact with the main contractor and client teams, managing progress, resolving issues, and maintaining strong working relationships across all project stakeholders.
•    Commercial & Risk Management
Work closely with commercial teams to manage cost, change, and risk, ensuring early identification of issues and protecting the project’s commercial position throughout delivery.

Requirements

Must have relevant degree level qualifications or equivalent trades’ background
Must have 6+ years’ experience in a similar role on large scale construction projects (preferably Data Centres)
EU Passport is preferred

Benefits

€90,000 - €110,000 + Accommodation, Rotation, Flights, Travel, Healthcare, Pension, Overseas Allowance
