The Role
A junior role where you will use SQL, dashboarding tools and product analytics techniques to analyse digital funnels and build reporting that drives decisions across high‑traffic web and app journeys.
You will:
Build product reporting and dashboards used across the business
Analyse customer funnels including checkout, feature usage and on-site journeys
Support the development of product analytics foundations and best practices
Work with digital, product and commercial teams to provide actionable insights
Use SQL and dashboarding tools to track performance across web and app
Your Skills and Experience
Strong analytical aptitude and logical problem-solving skills
Good understanding of digital or website analytics concepts - GA4
Confident using SQL to query and analyse data
Experience with a dashboarding tool such as Power BI or Tableau
Ability to translate data into clear, insightful recommendations
