Looking for a hands-on role where your mechanical skills can grow? This is a strong opportunity to join a manufacturing team focused on press set-up and production support.
What You’ll Do:
- Set up and prepare presses for production runs
- Install, change, and align dies and tooling
- Assist with machine adjustments during changeovers
- Support production team with set-up tasks
- Operate forklift and overhead crane (preferred)
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow all safety procedures
What We’re Looking For:
- Prior experience with press set-up, dies, or tooling preferred
- Forklift experience strongly preferred
- Overhead crane experience is a plus
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
- Willingness to learn and grow
Training may be available for candidates with strong mechanical ability and reliability.
