Overview: We are seeking an experienced Performance and Analytics (P&A) Lead to support a 24/7 technical operations environment that manages and maintains a large-scale, nationwide IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will lead the performance and analytics functions, applying both government and industry standards and best practices to improve system and organizational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Lead P&A functions in a mission-critical environment by applying performance metrics, analytics, and continuous improvement methodologies. Conduct organizational studies and evaluations to identify opportunities for operational enhancement. Design and implement systems and procedures to streamline work processes and improve productivity. Perform work simplification and measurement studies to identify efficiencies. Prepare operations and procedures manuals to support improved management and decision-making. Collaborate with IT operations, engineering, and executive leadership teams to deliver data-driven insights and reporting. Required Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of IT experience serving as a team lead or Subject Matter Expert (SME). Demonstrated experience in performance analysis, operations optimization, and procedural documentation. Certification in at least one of the following: CCIE CCNP CISSP (or equivalent) RCSP MCITP or MCSE Strong analytical and organizational skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
