A well-regarded and growing law firm is seeking a junior Enfranchisement Solicitor (0–2 years’ PQE) to join its expanding property team. The role offers exposure to a varied caseload, acting for both landlords and tenants, including large landlords, property management companies, resident associations, and private individuals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing a range of enfranchisement matters
  • Preparing and submitting applications to the First-tier Property Tribunal
  • Representing clients at Tribunal hearings and in the County Court in relation to claims under the Leasehold Reform, Housing and Urban Development Act 1993
  • Advising on Right to Manage claims
  • Assisting with service charge disputes and broader property management issues (desirable)
  • Supporting work for established landlord clients
Candidate Profile:
  • Qualified Solicitor with 0–2 years’ PQE in enfranchisement or leasehold property law
  • Experience handling enfranchisement matters and tribunal applications
  • Exposure to landlord and tenant work
  • Commercially aware, proactive, and detail-oriented
  • Interest in business development and marketing initiatives
