London A well-regarded and growing law firm is seeking a junior Enfranchisement Solicitor (0–2 years’ PQE) to join its expanding property team. The role offers exposure to a varied caseload, acting for both landlords and tenants, including large landlords, property management companies, resident associations, and private individuals.
Key Responsibilities: - Managing a range of enfranchisement matters
- Preparing and submitting applications to the First-tier Property Tribunal
- Representing clients at Tribunal hearings and in the County Court in relation to claims under the Leasehold Reform, Housing and Urban Development Act 1993
- Advising on Right to Manage claims
- Assisting with service charge disputes and broader property management issues (desirable)
- Supporting work for established landlord clients
Candidate Profile: - Qualified Solicitor with 0–2 years’ PQE in enfranchisement or leasehold property law
- Experience handling enfranchisement matters and tribunal applications
- Exposure to landlord and tenant work
- Commercially aware, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Interest in business development and marketing initiatives
