Knowsley Children’s Social Care is seeking to recruit an Experienced Family Support Worker to work in the SEND social care team on a full-time basis. The team supports children and young people with disabilities and their families. This specific role contributes to assessment, planning and intervention for families and will work in partnership with children, young people and their families by providing, support, advice and training to ensure their needs are being met.
