Responsibilities: Own month-end and year-end close for assigned properties Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements Perform variance analysis against the budget and prior periods Manage the balance sheet accounts for assigned properties and prepare monthly reconciliations Reconcile guest payment activity and credit card settlements Investigate chargebacks and payment discrepancies Support budgeting, forecasting, and process improvement initiatives Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in accounting 4-6 years of corporate or property accounting experience CPA (preferred) Compensation and Benefits: Salary Range: $75,000–$85,000 This role is also eligible for various benefits, including: Medical Insurance, Dental Insurance, Vision Insurance, Life Insurance, 401(k), Paid Time Off, Vacation Actual base salary will be determined based on an individual's experience, skills, education, certifications, credentials, special skills, accomplishments, and other factors relevant to the position.
