  • Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend enhancements to the enterprise data ecosystem.
  • Extensive hands-on experience with Databricks architecture, implementation, and administration.
  • Deep expertise in Lakehouse architecture, Delta Lake, Spark, and modern data engineering practices.
  • Strong experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
  • Proven experience designing and implementing enterprise-scale data platforms and analytics solutions.
  • Expertise in data integration, ETL/ELT frameworks, data pipelines, and workflow orchestration.
  • Strong understanding of data governance, security, compliance, and metadata management.
  • Experience with performance optimization, scalability planning, and platform monitoring.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and consulting skills.
  • Ability to influence architectural decisions and provide thought leadership across technical and business teams.
  • Databricks certifications and cloud platform certifications.
  • Experience with Data Mesh, Data Fabric, and modern analytics architectures.
  • Knowledge of AI/ML workloads, MLOps, and advanced analytics on Databricks.
  • Experience working in large-scale enterprise transformation programs.
