- Deep expertise in Lakehouse architecture, Delta Lake, Spark, and modern data engineering practices.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Proven experience designing and implementing enterprise-scale data platforms and analytics solutions.
- Expertise in data integration, ETL/ELT frameworks, data pipelines, and workflow orchestration.
- Strong understanding of data governance, security, compliance, and metadata management.
- Experience with performance optimization, scalability planning, and platform monitoring.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and consulting skills.
- Ability to influence architectural decisions and provide thought leadership across technical and business teams.
- Databricks certifications and cloud platform certifications.
- Experience with Data Mesh, Data Fabric, and modern analytics architectures.
- Knowledge of AI/ML workloads, MLOps, and advanced analytics on Databricks.
- Experience working in large-scale enterprise transformation programs.
