Offer | £60,000 – £75,000 per annum

We are working with a highly regarded and specialist law firm with a strong reputation in housing law, who are looking to recruit into their established Housing Team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Housing Solicitor to join a collaborative and growing practice, with flexibility around level to attract the right individual.

The team is known for handling a broad range of complex and high-quality housing matters, acting for a diverse client base. The firm offers a supportive environment with genuine opportunities for progression and professional development.

Typical duties for the role may include:

• Managing a varied caseload of housing law matters
• Advising on landlord and tenant issues, including possession and related proceedings
• Acting on behalf of a range of clients including individuals, housing associations, and other organisations
• Supporting on complex and high-value housing and property litigation matters
• Providing clear, pragmatic, and client-focused legal advice
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Contributing to team growth and business development initiatives

The successful candidate will have:

 

• Experience in housing law (level of experience flexible)
• A strong understanding of landlord and tenant matters and housing litigation
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills with a client-centric approach
• The ability to manage a busy and varied caseload
• A collaborative and proactive mindset
