About the Role
<p><strong>Production Operative</strong></p>
<p><strong>Location:</strong> Stonehouse<br />
<strong>Hours:</strong> 12:00pm to 12:00am, Monday to Thursday<br />
<strong>Salary:</strong> £27,300 – £28,500 per annum</p>
<p><strong>Key Responsibilities of a Production Operative:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Machine minding</li>
<li>Loading and unloading parts</li>
<li>Movement of goods and materials (heavy lifting)</li>
<li>De-greasing</li>
<li>Packing completed orders</li>
<li>Maintaining a tidy and clean work environment</li>
<li>Working to production targets</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Key Skills of a Production Operative:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Previous experience in a manufacturing environment (beneficial)</li>
<li>Ability to work as part of a team to meet targets</li>
<li>Attention to detail and commitment to quality</li>
<li>Able to lift up to 25kg as heavy lifting will be required on a daily basis</li>
