About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Business Support Executive to play a key role in supporting member engagement, commercial growth and long‑term relationships within a respected UK organisation. <li><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-size:14px">Manage ongoing relationships with members, carrying out regular check‑ins to understand needs and identify opportunities</span></span></li>
<li><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-size:14px">Promote membership benefits, events and services through outbound contact and tailored conversations</span></span></li>
<li><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-size:14px">Identify potential commercial opportunities and pass qualified leads to senior colleagues via the CRM system</span></span></li>
<li><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-size:14px">Act as a key point of contact for member queries, providing accurate information and support</span></span></li>
<li><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-size:14px">Maintain accurate CRM records and produce reports to support insight and decision‑making</span></span></li>
<li><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-size:14px">Support advertising opportunities, promotions and member communications across multiple channels</span></span></li>
<li><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-size:14px">Assist with the coordination and content management of the organisation’s magazine, including copy chasing</span></span></li>

<li><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-size:14px">Experience working in a B2B environment with both SMEs and larger organisations</span></span></li>
<li><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-size:14px">Strong communication skills with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships</span></span></li>
<li><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-size:14px">Commercial awareness with experience contributing towards income or sales targets</span></span></li>
<li><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-size:14px">High level of organisation with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively</span></span></li>
