You will manage a busy and varied employment law caseload, including:
Advising on contentious and non-contentious employment matters
Handling complex employment disputes and tribunal work
Providing strategic, commercial employment advice to clients
Managing and developing strong client relationships
Working autonomously while collaborating closely with partners and colleagues
Supporting wider team and firm growth initiatives

Qualified Solicitor with strong experience in Employment Law
Proven ability to manage employment matters independently
Excellent technical, drafting and advisory skills
Confident communicator with strong client-management ability

Experience within a busy legal practice preferred
