Job Description

A Senior HR Business Partner to:

  • Provide strategic support to stakeholders and your client group
  • Partner with the senior leadership team to influence and drive people strategies
  • Be a trusted advisor to executive colleagues to improve people initiatives
  • Drive workforce planning, succession planning, people plans, employee engagement, talent management
  • Develop and deliver people strategies
  • Lead change management activity
  • Partner with the employee relations team to reduce casework
  • Enhance overall organisation capability
  • Drive a high performance culture
  • Use data to inform decisions
The Successful Applicant

A Senior HR Business Partner with:

  • Strategic partnering experience, including developing people plans
  • Experience coaching, advising and influencing senior leaders
  • Ideally experience working in the private sector and not-for-profit space
