Job Description
A Senior HR Business Partner to:
- Provide strategic support to stakeholders and your client group
- Partner with the senior leadership team to influence and drive people strategies
- Be a trusted advisor to executive colleagues to improve people initiatives
- Drive workforce planning, succession planning, people plans, employee engagement, talent management
- Develop and deliver people strategies
- Lead change management activity
- Partner with the employee relations team to reduce casework
- Enhance overall organisation capability
- Drive a high performance culture
- Use data to inform decisions
The Successful Applicant
A Senior HR Business Partner with:
- Strategic partnering experience, including developing people plans
- Experience coaching, advising and influencing senior leaders
- Ideally experience working in the private sector and not-for-profit space
