About the Role

We are currently recruiting a Managing Consultant with appropriate background and qualifications to join our Liability Portfolio Management and Remediation (LPMR) team in Singapore. It is expected that the selected candidate will be primarily supporting project delivery and opportunities pursuit for our sustainable asset retirement / Decommissioning, Decontamination and Demolition (DDD) services. The candidate may also be required to support across our broader range of services in Singapore and within Asia Pacific region. To support the successful delivery of ERM projects and objectives by: Managing and coordinating planning, execution and reporting of our sustainable asset retirement / DDD projects Developing, implementing and maintaining proactive health and safety, environmental and quality management program at project sites Developing and promoting good sustainability practices within project sites Managing and supervising ERM project team and subcontractors Establishing strong working relationships with clients through project delivery and engagement Leading or supporting preparation or technical and commercial proposal, as well as business development efforts Meet business financial targets, overall project budget and schedule, client satisfaction/expectations, and internal and contract requirements Proactively support continuous development of sustainable asset retirement / DDD services; Demonstrate the drive and ambition to develop the business and grow across a wide range of service areas and regions Qualifications: 10 – 16 years’ experience in managing and supporting DDD projects in relevant industrial sectors (e.g. oil and gas, power, chemical pharmaceutical) or projects with similar nature (e.g. renovation or redevelopment) Strong safety leadership and communications skills Has field project management and contractor management experiences, preferably with working knowledge on workplace health and safety, as well as waste and hazardous material management Relevant tertiary qualification (Science or Engineering degree) on Civil / Environmental Engineering / Geotechnical Engineering (or equivalent) Able to multitask, attention to detail, work collaboratively in team and lead/coach/mentor junior staff Be conversant in basic digital tools, project management tools (e.g. Microsoft Project) and drafting / AutoCAD / GIS software Who We Are: As the world’s leading sustainability consulting firm, ERM is uniquely positioned to contribute to the environment and society through the expertise and energy of our employees worldwide.
