About the Role
<p><strong>Job Title:</strong> Water Hygiene Engineer<br /> <strong>Location:</strong> London<br /> <strong>Salary:</strong> £35,000 – £42,000 per annum<br /> <strong>Job Type:</strong> Permanent | 37.5 hours per week + overtime</p>
<p><strong>About the Opportunity</strong><br /> An established water hygiene and treatment specialist is looking to add a skilled Water Hygiene Engineer to its expanding team in London. This position suits someone with a background in water hygiene or plumbing who is keen to further develop their expertise within a company that prioritises training, compliance, and employee support.</p>
<p>Working across a variety of commercial and public sector environments, you’ll be responsible for delivering both planned and reactive water hygiene services, ensuring systems remain compliant with current legislation and industry standards.</p>

<p><strong>Core Responsibilities</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Delivering a range of water hygiene services across multiple client sites</li>
<li>Carrying out temperature checks, system flushing, and water sampling</li>
<li>Servicing and maintaining TMVs, including minor remedial tasks</li>
<li>Inspecting, cleaning, and disinfecting cold water storage tanks and calorifiers</li>
<li>Performing showerhead descaling and disinfection</li>
<li>Ensuring all work complies with ACoP L8, HSG274, HTM 04-01, and WRAS guidelines</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>About You</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>At least 3 years’ experience within water hygiene or a related plumbing role</li>
<li>Relevant water hygiene training/qualifications</li>
<li>Full UK driving licence</li>
