Sous Chef - Daytime Hours - Cafe

Sous Chef needed for very busy Café.

normal workings hours will be daytime
You will however work weekends

This is an excellent opportunity for a Current /Aspiring Sous chef  who is looking for sociable hours. They are seeking a Sous chef to help run this busy fresh food kitchen.

This cafe restaurant serves an array of fresh meals and snacks form early morning until early evening. A very busy and popular destination for tourists and locals alike, they will often service over 250+ covers a day.

As Sous Chef  you are expected to be well presented, friendly, enthusiastic, and willing to give 100% and be a very’ hands on’.

As Sous you will produce all fresh food in house including baking cakes and scones etc.

For this role the ideal Sous Chef will have kitchen experience within a very fast paced restaurant/café environment.

The successful applicant for this role will receive an excellent starting salary plus good tips
Your shifts will be working 5 in 7 days, working most weekends but mainly working no evenings as normal shifts will be daytime!

This Sous chef role is a full time, permanent role.
