Rhino Medical is leading the charge actively seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join a dedicated patient care team supporting a Long Term Care facility in Mount Pleasant, Iowa.
This opportunity places CNAs within a respected community hospital that is part of a regional healthcare system serving Southeast Iowa, West-Central Illinois, and Northeast Missouri. The facility provides comprehensive inpatient and outpatient services while maintaining a strong reputation for compassionate, patient-centered care.

Facility Overview
Community hospital campus within a regional healthcare system
- Approximately 25 acute care beds
- Serves communities across Iowa, Illinois, and Missouri
- Offers inpatient, outpatient, surgical, and specialty care services
Key Responsibilities
Certified Nursing Assistants support patient care teams by:
- Providing assistance with meals, feeding, hydration, and nutrition support
- Assisting with personal hygiene including bathing, grooming, and toileting
- Helping patients ambulate, reposition, and maintain safe mobility
- Monitoring and recording vital signs, weight, and intake/output information
- Responding to patient call lights and requests
- Maintaining accurate documentation and patient records
- Reporting patient observations and changes in condition to nursing staff
- Maintaining patient dignity and confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA guidelines
- Supporting a safe and comfortable care environment for patients and families
- Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the State of Iowa
- BLS certification required
- Strong interpersonal and patient care skills
- 2 years Long-term care experience preferred but not required
- Candidate will be responsible for transportation. Public transportation is extremely limited
- Must be current on the Direct Care Worker Registry for the state of Iowa
