Senior Solution Architect

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL TAKE PART IN A GROWTH JOURNEY BY:

• Proactively engaging with clients to understand their needs and delivering solution architecture advisory, including:
  • Architecting and scoping business application transformations
  • Driving vendor selection processes
  • Supporting implementation
  • Finishing and securing benefit realization
• Participating in sales activities based on your unique blend of technical acumen, business insights, and network.
• Collaborating, leading, and inspiring colleagues and clients
• Depending on your experience, the split between projects and business development tasks will likely be 70% projects/30% Business Development.
• Taking part in developing our organization via our internal feature work.

WHAT WE HOPE, YOU WILL BRING:

• 5+ years of experience in solution architecture roles
• Deep system insights and solution architecture experience (ie. Within S4/Hana, Sap, Microsoft Dynamics 365)
• Proficiency in driving solution projects (designing a plan, facilitating processes, working with various stakeholders, and driving execution).
• Experience as a consultant will be regarded as a plus but is not decisive.
• A commercial mindset, with some experience in sales or business development.
• Good communication and collaboration skills
