About the Role
<p>This Head of Sales role sits within a leading international law firm and will play a key role in leading the company wide Business Development and Sales strategy and work closely with the senior leadership team. You will sit amongst a high performing senior leadership team and manage a sales team to drive forward the sales cycle utilising the successful systems and inbound and outbound structure. A key focus will be helping to broaden the scope of clients and revenue streams.</p>
<p>The Head of Sales will set the Sales strategy and drive the performance of a collaborative sales team. You will also lead on internal and external relationship building to ensure the strategy is successfully implemented across wider practices and clients.</p>
<p>The successful candidate for the role will have head of (or equivalent) level of experience across Sales/business development from the legal sector or professional services.</p>
