As Client Liaison & Project Coordinator, you will work closely with various Broad Arrow Car Specialists to support collector car and memorabilia consignments for Hagerty’s digital Marketplace. The ideal candidate will collaborate with an experienced team of industry professionals as well as high net worth clients supporting them with consignment agreements, consignment management, title review and collection, invoicing, and logistical coordination related to Marketplace collections including site visits. This position reports directly to the company’s Manager of Client Service. What you’ll do Provide exceptional client service to Broad Arrow clientele Work with the Car Specialist team to provide service to clients transacting on Hagerty’s digital Marketplace. Tasks include but are not limited to: Manage consignment packages and marketing fees for auction consignments Assist catalog requests Coordinate logistics for Marketplace collections on and off site Assist with post-sale invoicing, requisite transportation, and onsite loadout for collections Help to manage post-sale inquiries from both buyers and sellers Enter and update necessary data for consignments, transactions and client information Participate in frequent travel alongside Car Specialist team to site specific collections to support car preparation for online listing on Hagerty Marketplace. Serve as a point of contact for clients This might describe you Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience High level of integrity and work ethic Exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail Polished client-facing engagement and eagerness to interact directly with clients Ability to problem solve and demonstrate an “on your side” attitude Positive mindset with strong orientation for teamwork and collaboration Excellent written and verbal communications skills Ability to deliver under time pressure and deadline Knowledge of Microsoft Suite Passion for and knowledge of cars Over and above Experience driving manual transmissions Experience with multi-state automotive title processing and electronic title systems Other things to note Ideal candidates will be in the Savannah, Georgia area and able to work from the local office three days per week. This role will require frequent travel and longer days when onsite and on deadline Familiarity with public company requirements, including Sarbanes Oxley and key regulations, if applicable. For SOX compliant roles, responsible for designing, executing, and documenting internal controls where they have been identified as owners to prevent errors in financial reporting, processes, and business operations.
