The Role As Pricing Analyst, you will: * Lead analysis that informs pricing strategy across supply, operations and commercial functions. * Assess stock availability, supplier behaviour and channel performance to influence pricing and trading decisions. * Support optimisation across fulfilment, warehousing and cost‑to‑serve, including detailed analysis of postage and shipping costs. * Run A/B tests and controlled experiments to understand the impact of pricing and operational changes. * Build models and reporting in SQL, Python and BI tools to support decision making. * Partner with senior stakeholders to translate complex analytics into clear recommendations. * Contribute to transformation and change initiatives, helping evolve pricing approaches as the business scales. * Mentor at least one analyst, supporting project delivery and analytical development.
