Maintenance Supervisor – 3rd Shift Area: Blue Water area, St. Clair County Contract to Hire Pay: $80-$90KUnion We are supporting a client in the automotive manufacturing industry that is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor for a 3rd shift opportunity in Marysville, MI. This position is responsible for leading maintenance operations, supporting production uptime, and overseeing maintenance personnel in a fast paced manufacturing environment. Automotive/CNC Required. ResponsibilitiesSupervise and assign work to maintenance employees and contractorsSupport equipment uptime, preventative maintenance, and continuous improvement initiativesEnsure compliance with safety regulations, ISO standards, and plant proceduresInspect maintenance work for quality and completionCoordinate spare parts ordering and support equipment installations and buyoffsMonitor preventative maintenance schedules and maintenance KPIsHandle employee relations, training, discipline, and grievance resolutionConduct troubleshooting and support repairs on CNC machinery, robotic systems, and automation equipmentMaintain maintenance records, labor tracking, and related system updatesQualificationsHigh school diploma or GED required2+ years of maintenance leadership or technical experience in manufacturingExperience supporting machining, grinding, heat treating, or automated assembly equipmentKnowledge of Fanuc robotics, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and mechanical systemsStrong troubleshooting and problem solving skills in a production environmentAbility to manage multiple priorities while supporting production demandsUnderstanding of safety standards, MIOSHA requirements, and preventative maintenance practicesMust be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the futureSchedule3rd ShiftTypical hours: 10:30 PM to 6:30 AMOvertime may be required based on production needs INDQT
