About the Role

Project and Practice Coordinator Architecture Practice | Project Administration | Central London A highly respected architectural practice is looking to recruit a Project and Practice Coordinator to join its London studio. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised, proactive and detail-oriented administrator to play a central role in supporting project teams while contributing to the smooth running of a busy, design-led practice. This is a varied position that combines project administration, document control, studio operations, marketing support and front-of-house responsibilities. Working closely with architects, project teams and the wider business support function, you will help ensure projects are delivered efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality assurance and administrative excellence. No two days will be the same. You will coordinate project documentation across multiple live schemes, support quality management procedures, prepare reports and presentations, assist with onboarding new staff, organise meetings and travel, and provide day-to-day operational support to the London studio. You will also contribute to marketing and communications activities, helping to maintain project case studies, digital content, CRM systems and promotional materials. Key Responsibilities Provide project administration support across multiple architectural projects Manage document control using Common Data Environments and coordinate quality assurance processes Prepare reports, presentations and project documentation Support studio operations, meeting coordination, visitor management and office administration Assist with onboarding, training and maintaining project administration procedures Support marketing activities including brochures, case studies, CRM updates, website content, social media and events Liaise with contractors, consultants and internal stakeholders to ensure projects and studio operations run smoothly The Successful Candidate Previous administrative or project coordination experience, ideally within architecture, construction, engineering or another professional services environment Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Exceptional attention to detail and a process-driven approach Strong communication skills with the confidence to work with stakeholders across all levels Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign and PowerPoint Location: Central London Working arrangement: Primarily office based, with some capacity for working from home as workload allows Due to a large volume of applications, only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
