Job Description
- Lead the development of high-quality policy papers, briefings, and reports based on robust analysis and evidence
- Translate complex datasets into clear, actionable insights to inform strategic decisions
- Engage and manage relationships with senior internal and external stakeholders, including government partners
- Deliver small-scale policy projects from scoping through to final output, managing competing priorities
- Contribute to organisational responses to consultations, public inquiries, and policy developments
The Successful Applicant
- Strong experience in a policy environment, ideally within government, health, or a related sector
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop evidence-based recommendations
- Proven ability to produce high-quality written outputs for senior audiences at pace
- Skilled in stakeholder engagement, influencing, and managing competing priorities
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, changing environment
