Bear Development’s Progress on Kenosha County’s Human Services Building Bear Development continues to make significant strides on the new Kenosha County Human Services Building at Sun Plaza. The two-story, 147,000-square-foot facility is on track, with structural steel and decking nearing completion, setting the stage for enclosing the building by early 2024. Despite some weather delays in the spring, the project remains on schedule, aiming for a 2026 completion to unite 11 county human services divisions under one roof.
