About the Role
We currently have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and professional accounts assistant to work for highly successful property business based in Ormskirk.

We are seeking highly organised accounts assistant with book keeping knowledge and experience, to undertake a range of booking keeping duties, using the Xero Accounts system.
Reporting into the accounts manager, you will assist in managing new utility installations (both commercial and residential units) , assisting in contract renewals, liasing with utilities suppliers to obtain meter readings and dealing with esculated queries and complaints.
You will be responsible for notifying the council when tenants occupy or vacate properties, assist with business rates appeals and reviewing payments and bills.
Other duties will include reconciling incoming rent, remittance of rental invoices, credit and purchase ledger control, reconciling insurance recharges, allocation of supplier payments and management of rental deposits
This is an extremely fast paced, varied accounts assistant role where you will need to manage a busy work-load whilst producing high quality accurate work on a daily basis.
