About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Sr. Implementation Manager to lead the onboarding and integration of new clients and operational solutions within a fast-paced supply chain environment. This role manages the full implementation lifecycle—from planning and execution through testing and go-live—while coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring a smooth transition into ongoing operations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead client onboarding and implementation projects from discovery through go-live.
Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
Serve as the primary client contact during the implementation phase.
Coordinate cross-functional teams including operations, IT, warehouse, transportation, and customer service.
Support integration of logistics technologies such as WMS, TMS, and EDI platforms.
Identify risks, resolve issues, and ensure projects remain on schedule.
Facilitate testing, operational readiness, and internal/client training.
Monitor implementation KPIs and provide progress updates to stakeholders.
Document lessons learned and recommend process improvements.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Logistics, or related field.
5+ years of experience in implementation, project management, or client onboarding within logistics, 3PL, or supply chain environments.
Experience with WMS, TMS, and EDI integrations.
Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience using tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, Asana, or similar.
Six Sigma or continuous improvement certification is a plus.
