Senior Audit

We are partnering with a well-respected and established company here in the Twin Cities on a Senior Audit role. This position is open due to someone rotating out into the finance team. There will be no financial statement audit work. This person will be partnering with operations on how they can improve their business. This is a great opportunity to work in a world-class finance organization where they look to their internal audit team for future finance leaders.

Responsibilities:

• Contribute to improving internal audit processes and department initiatives
• Stay informed on current business, regulatory, and industry developments
• Analyze data to identify key trends and potential risks
• Incorporate feedback to strengthen future audit performance and results
• Mentor and support junior team members through training and guidance
• Communicate clearly and professionally with stakeholders at all levels
• Lead and manage audit projects from planning to reporting
• Identify and evaluate business risks and process inefficiencies
• Recommend practical improvements to strengthen internal controls
• Apply advanced audit methodologies across diverse operational environments
• Partner cross-functionally to ensure alignment on findings and next steps

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
• 4+ years of public auditing experience (or 2+ years with a Master's degree)
• Ability to travel up to 30% (domestic and international)

Compensation and Benefits:

• Salary Range: $90,000–$105,000
• This role is also eligible for various benefits, including: Medical Insurance

Actual base salary will be determined based on an individual's experience, skills, education, certifications, credentials, special skills, accomplishments, and other factors relevant to the position.

This role is based in the Twin Cities. Applicants must currently reside in Minnesota or are planning to relocate to Minnesota in the near future.
