<p><strong>Water Service Technician</strong></p> <p><strong>Location:</strong> Swindon <br /> <strong>Salary:</strong> £28,000 &#8211; £34,000 DOE</p> <p>My client is looking for a reliable and motivated <strong>Water Service Technician</strong> to join a growing team based in <strong>Swindon</strong>. This role involves travelling to commercial and industrial sites across the UK to carry out <strong>Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM)</strong> and water hygiene services.</p> <p>This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong <strong>maintenance or water hygiene background</strong> who is confident working independently, takes pride in delivering high standards of work, and is willing to travel as part of their role.</p> <p><strong>Benefits:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Company vehicle</li> <li>Fuel card</li> <li>25 days annual leave increasing with length of service</li> <li>Competitive salary</li> <li>Opportunities for progression within the company</li> </ul> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Carrying out scheduled <strong>PPM tasks</strong> in line with company and client requirements</li> <li>Conducting <strong>water hygiene monitoring</strong>, including temperature checks, flushing, and inspections</li> <li><strong>TMV servicing</strong> and basic maintenance</li> <li><strong>Cold water storage tank inspections</strong> and condition reporting</li> <li>Completing <strong>basic plumbing repairs</strong> and minor remedial works</li> <li>Carrying out <strong>asset inspections and compliance checks</strong></li> <li>Accurately completing <strong>service reports and compliance documentation</strong></li> <li>Identifying and reporting any <strong>non-compliances or remedial works required</strong></li> <li>Maintaining high standards of <strong>health and safety</strong> on site</li> <li>Representing the company professionally when dealing with clients</li> </ul> <p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience in <strong>water hygiene, plumbing, or building maintenance</strong></li> <li><strong>Water Hygiene / Legionella Awareness training</strong></li> <li>Experience servicing <strong>TMVs</strong></li> <li>Experience working in <strong>commercial, healthcare, or industrial environments</strong></li> <li><strong>NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing</strong> (advantageous)</li> </ul> <p>If you are interested in this role apply now or contact Mollie Caswell at Penguin recruitment for more information.</p> <p><img src="https://counter.adcourier.com/TW9sbGllQ2Fzd2VsbC4xNjM4NC4xMTMwOUBwZW5ndWlucmVjcnVpdG1lbnQuYXBsaXRyYWsuY29t.gif"></p>
