What You'll Do
Support daily waste and recycling collections across Thanet
Work outdoors in all weather conditions
Operate as part of a fast‑paced, friendly team
Follow clear instructions to ensure safe and efficient operations
What We're Looking For
Reliable, flexible team players
Able to get to Margate by 5:45 AM (must not rely on public transport)
Experience working outdoors
Comfortable with physically demanding work
Strong communication skills and a positive work ethic
Willingness to work early starts or late finishes when required
