Field Service Engineer

<p><strong><span>Key responsibilities:</span></strong></p> <ul> <li>Installation, commissioning, and maintenance of the company with complex IT components (e.g., LUNA system)</li> <li>IT integration of systems into existing hospital infrastructures (Active Directory, networks, security zones)</li> <li>Execution of software installations, configurations, and updates &ndash; remotely and on-site</li> <li>Support for connecting to third-party systems such as OIS, TPS, etc. (e.g., via DICOM)</li> <li>Analysis and troubleshooting of IT-based issues in collaboration with hospital IT and internal interfaces</li> <li>Conducting technical training for users, distributors, and internal staff (remote &amp; on-site)</li> <li>Documentation of all assignments in accordance with regulatory requirements</li> <li>Participation in the further development of installation and training standards</li> </ul> <p><strong><span>Qualifications:</span></strong></p> <p><strong>Professional Qualification:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Completed vocational training in an electrotechnical or IT-related field (e.g., mechatronics, IT specialist, medical technology) or a technical degree</li> <li>Ideally experience in servicing medical devices or software products in clinical environments</li> <li>Strong understanding of IT networks, interfaces, IT security, and software configuration</li> </ul> <p><strong>EDP:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Excellent knowledge of MS Windows, network infrastructures, certificate management</li> <li>Experience with ERP/CRM systems (e.g., Microsoft NAV or Dynamics) is an advantage</li> </ul> <p><strong><span>Soft Skills:</span></strong></p> <ul> <li>Strong customer orientation and solution-oriented thinking</li> <li>Analytical approach and quick comprehension</li> <li>Independent, structured way of working</li> <li>Strong communication skills and intercultural competence</li> <li>Confident appearance in critical situations</li> <li>High willingness to travel and ability to remain focused and solution-oriented even in complex or time-critical situations</li> <li>Willingness to travel internationally and do weekend work required (approx. 75%)</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p>
