<p><em><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></em></p>
<ul>
<li>Act as the strategic interface between service areas and the Property function.</li>
<li>Provide expert advice on all aspects of property asset management, supporting service delivery in a cost-effective manner.</li>
<li>Lead on initiatives to rationalise the property portfolio, identifying opportunities for cost reduction and improved utilisation of assets.</li>
<li>Work closely with the Asset Strategy Manager and service leads to develop and implement Service Asset Management Plans (SAMPs).</li>
<li>Translate organisational and service-level strategic objectives into practical, deliverable property solutions.</li>
<li>Ensure property requirements are considered within a corporate, cross-functional context, balancing competing priorities.</li>
<li>Support the optimisation of property performance through data-driven decision making and proactive stakeholder engagement.</li>
<li>Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to align property strategies with operational needs.</li>
