Birmingham – office based

£35,000 – £40,000 p/a DoE

Bell Cornwall Recruitment are delighted to be working with a well-established, growing marketing agency who are looking for a senior Marketing Account Manager to join their social, vibrant Birmingham team!

Duties and responsibilities of the Marketing Account Manager will include (but are not limited to):

• Creation of integrated, adaptable marketing strategies that focus on understanding client’s goals and how to achieve them efficiently.
• Presenting different strategies with market research and previous results to support them, to prospective clients.
• Building rapport and maintaining positive relationships with clients in which you feel comfortable positively challenging them and upselling further services.
• Regular campaign reporting working with the rest of the team to provide detailed analytics and further optimisation of existing projects.
• Managing marketing budgets effectively and efficiently to get the most out of each strategy/project.

The ideal candidate:

• +5 years within a marketing agency background (essential).
• Experience managing a portfolio of clients end-to-end (essential), ideally SMEs.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• A proven track record of helping to run successful B2B marketing strategies & campaigns across a wide range of sectors. HubSpot experience desirable.
• Ambitious, driven, and wants to work collaboratively.
