You will guide buyers through the Strategy — aiding them in choosing the appropriate plan, homesite, and options without overwhelming them or wasting their time. You are part teacher, part troubleshooter, part neighbor. Your responsibility is to make the home buying process feel easy, direct, and genuine.</p> <p>For many of our buyers, this is not merely a transaction — it is the most significant step they have taken towards achieving the American dream. Your efforts shape that experience. And when you excel at it, buyers transform into enthusiastic advocates who refer their acquaintances, family, colleagues, and congregation members straight back to you.</p> </p> <p>What You’ll Do</p> <ul> <li>Greet visitors to the model home, understand their requirements, and assist them in envisioning life in a new home.</li> <li>Conduct guided home tours that emphasize comfort, design, and lifestyle benefits — not just features or square footage.</li> <li>Help customers customize their home, utilizing our design software to exhibit how finishes and layouts can mirror their style.</li> <li>Guide buyers through the purchase process — from selecting their home and securing financing to signing their contract and completing the purchase.</li> <li>Maintain communication during construction with regular updates and check-ins to keep customers informed at all times.</li> <li>Celebrate move-in day with special touches that make the occasion memorable.</li> <li>Cultivate referrals by forming strong relationships that convert satisfied homeowners into enthusiastic advocates.</li> <li>Utilize CRM tools to stay organized, manage leads, and consistently follow up to ensure no buyer is overlooked.</li> </ul> <p>Who You Are</p> <ul> <li>Driven &amp; Self-Motivated.
