£31,200 per annum plus £5,000 service charge

Responsibilities as a Breakfast Chef…
Managing the breakfast kitchen section, consistently producing dishes to a high quality
Using the freshest seasonal ingredients, including produce from the on-site market garden
Supporting the wider kitchen team to ensure smooth service and excellent food quality
Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and kitchen organisation
Assisting with stock rotation, daily prep, and sharing ideas to enhance the breakfast offering
