As an award winning Legal firm employing 60 people with offices in Inverness and Portree, we are looking to recruit a Sales Negotiator to work at our office in Portree and join our busy and progressive Estate Agency Department.
We are looking for someone with a genuine interest in selling houses and previous Estate Agency experience would be desirable but is not essential as full training will be given.
This role will suit an individual who has a warm, friendly manner and is comfortable working in a fast paced environment, enjoys multi-tasking and working to deadlines. Applicants should also have excellent communication and organisational skills and a good work ethic. In return we offer a supportive, sociable and friendly working environment.
Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
Both full time and part time hours will be considered.

Closing date:
Customer Team Leader
Location: Main Street , Broadford, IV49 9AE
Pay: £14.48 per hour
Contract: 39 hours per week + regular overtime, permanent contract, full time
Working pattern: A mix of opening, closing, and mid‑day shifts, with flexibility across the week including at least 2 evening shifts and 1 weekend shift. Either, Friday after 6pm, any shift on Saturday, or Sunday. We’re happy to discuss your availability further at interview.

As a Customer Team Leader, you’ll lead a small team in a fast-paced Co-op store, helping to deliver essential services to your community. Depending on your store this could involve you working in our post office or bakery or supporting online services and our home delivery drivers. Whatever the day brings, you'll play a key role in making life easier for our customers.
