About the Role
Senior Solicitor / Associate Solicitor (4+ PQE) Salary: £48,000 to 65,000 + Benefits Glasgow | Hybrid Working We’re working with a long-standing, well-established Scottish firm that’s continuing to grow its Personal Injury offering. As the work becomes more complex and higher value, the team now needs an additional senior hire to support the caseload and contribute to the development of the team. The role offers genuinely varied work ranging from road traffic and employer liability to public liability and more serious, higher-value claims. There’s plenty of interesting work, a growing number of complex matters, and the chance to help shape the future of the team as it expands. The culture is relaxed, stable and built on longevity. People tend to stay for many years, and several have returned after time away, which speaks to the working environment. You’ll be part of a supportive, established team while taking on responsibility for guiding others where needed. The role is based in Glasgow with hybrid working and part-time arrangements will be considered.
