With multiple live hyperscale data centre projects across Germany and mainland Europe, they operate at the forefront of mission critical construction. Their Frankfurt operations form a key part of a rapidly expanding European portfolio. The company is known for technical excellence, strong project delivery teams, and a structured BIM and digital construction strategy embedded across all major data centre projects. The Role BIM Coordinator As BIM Coordinator, you will play a central role in the successful delivery of a large scale data centre project in Frankfurt. Working closely with the BIM Team Lead, package managers, and MEP engineers, you will ensure full 2D and 3D coordination across complex mechanical and electrical installations. This is a site based BIM role where your work will directly impact construction sequencing, clash avoidance, installation efficiency, and overall programme performance. You will be heavily involved in digital coordination meetings and will support the implementation of the project BIM Execution Plan. Key ResponsibilitiesManage and resolve multidisciplinary clashes across mechanical, electrical and public health servicesDeliver coordinated 2D and 3D BIM models in line with the project BIM Execution PlanProduce drawings, specifications and coordinated schedules for constructionWork closely with MEP package managers and site engineers to coordinate complex installationsMonitor BIM deliverables and ensure coordination milestones are achieved on programmeSupport model reviews and technical coordination workshopsAssist in maintaining model accuracy throughout the construction lifecycleProvide guidance and technical support to junior BIM technicians and coordinators About YouDegree qualified in engineering, construction, or a related disciplineMinimum 4 years BIM coordination experience on large scale construction projectsStrong Revit experience with an MEP focusAutoCAD knowledge preferredNavisworks experience for clash detection and model reviewExperience working on data centre, pharmaceutical, industrial or large commercial projectsStrong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple workstreamsClear communicator with the confidence to engage with engineers, subcontractors and site teamsDetail driven with a strong focus on quality and programme deadlines What’s on Offer Salary €65,000 to €80,000 DOE & Competitive benefits package Why Apply Frankfurt is one of Europe’s most active data centre construction markets.
