About the Role
Requisitos: Formação superior completa em Administração ou Recursos Humanos; Desejável experiência na área Facilities, diferencial será conchecimento na área de Administração de Pessoal e Benefícios; Habilidade para negociação e acompahamento de contratos com fornecedores; Excel intermediário (boa habilidade para elaboração de planilhas de controle com fórmulas); Necessário possuir CNH e ter disponibilidade de viagem para as unidades de Jundiaí e Americana; Conhecimento básico em Nota Fiscal será diferencial. Principais Responsabilidades: Monitorar serviços terceirizados (portaria, limpeza e jardinagem); Enviar documentação de colaboradores aos clientes, assegurando conformidade contratual; Administrar benefícios (controle de pedidos, lançamentos em sistema, conferência de notas fiscais e pagamentos), garantindo controle de custos e elegibilidade; Conferência de documentações de terceiros, atualizações cadastrais em sistema, assegurando registros conforme legislação vigente; Realizar controle de frota interna, agendamento de manutenção, controle de pedágio e combustível.
