Market Performance Coordinator - Importer Markets

The role
Join our fast-growing Importer Markets team as Market Performance Coordinator. You will support 2–3 importer markets by driving operational excellence and ensuring we hit volume and profit targets.

This is a high-visibility role where you’ll work directly with Market Managers, importers, and HQ departments (Marketing, Finance, Product, Aftersales). You’ll analyze data, solve blockers, prepare executive presentations, and be the operational engine behind our importer success – perfect for a young, ambitious talent who wants to grow fast in automotive.

This is what you will do:

 Performance analysis & action planning

• Monitor KPIs via BI dashboards; spot deviations in volume, profit, funnel health (leads → orders), and propose corrective actions.

• Track private channel performance (model shares, market coverage, sub-region gaps) and fleet metrics (leasing frameworks, RV, KAM conquest).

Carflow & logistics coordination

• Manage end-to-end flow from ordering to delivery at VIN level: track inbound, dealer stock, ageing and logistics issues.

• Ensure clear communication/coordination between importers, HQ, and production to secure “right car, right place, right time.”

Action tracking & HQ orchestration

• Own the importer action tracker: follow up priorities, escalate blockers, and coordinate with HQ departments to resolve issues fast.

• Act as the “operational deployer” – find the right person/department to unblock any performance obstacle.

Campaign planning & executive support

• Prepare quarterly campaign planning presentations: sales actions, marketing coordination, targets by model/month to drive results.

• Support Market Managers in importer business reviews, forecasting, and target setting.

Importer relationship support

• Join key importer meetings and contribute operationally: sales and aftersales coordination, network development tracking, dealer experience monitoring.

To be successful in the role you will demonstrate:

• 2–4 years in sales operations, business analysis, or automotive coordination (importer/distributor experience a plus).

• Strong analytical skills: comfortable with BI tools, Excel (pivot tables, scenario modeling), and diving into operational data (VINs, invoices, logistics).

• Excellent communicator: able to present insights clearly to Market Managers, importers, and HQ stakeholders.

• Proactive problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.

• Fluent English; Spanish/Italian/Portuguese a strong advantage.

• Passion for EVs and automotive – bonus if you follow market trends!
