Kenosha’s Sun Plaza to Undergo Significant Renovation Sun Plaza, a mixed-use development in Kenosha, is poised for a facelift and expansion. Kenosha County Human Services and Bear Development have proposed the addition of a 79,757-square-foot space to the center, which hosts retailers like Citi Trends and Dollar General.
