People Services Manager – Europe

For our client an international company we are looking for a People Services Manager – Europe We are looking for an experienced People Services Manager to lead a regional HR operations team supporting employees and managers across Europe. This role is responsible for operational excellence, high-quality service delivery and continuous improvement of HR processes in a fast-paced, international environment. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the People Services team, ensuring efficient handling of HR queries. Oversee HR operations and service levels (SLAs) to maintain high quality and consistency. Partner closely with HR Business Partners, Centres of Excellence and HRIS teams. Drive process improvements, standardisation and self-service solutions. Provide insights through reporting and data analysis to improve service performance. Support HR transformation initiatives and system enhancements (e.g. Workday). Requirements: Minimum 5 years of experience in HR / HR Operations, including HR administration. Proven experience in leading and developing HR teams. Background in HR transformation and process optimisation. Strong hands-on experience with HR systems, especially Workday. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Proactive, well-organised and comfortable in a dynamic environment. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Fluent in English; German is a plus.
