Ideal Experience & Passion – Junior Sous Chef
- Previous experience as a Junior Sous Chef or strong Senior Chef de Partie
- Passion for seasonal British cuisine and fresh ingredients
- Experience working in high-volume, quality-led kitchens
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to lead and motivate junior team members
- Calm and professional approach during busy services
- Excellent attention to detail and consistency
- Desire to learn, develop and progress within a growing business
