ROLE SUMMARY We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented professional to support key activities across onboarding, implementation, and client engagement. In this role, you will help ensure clients experience a smooth transition from project kickoff through post-launch support. Your work will directly contribute to maintaining strong customer relationships and promoting long-term product adoption. You will document process updates, coordinate communication between teams, and assist with tracking project timelines and milestones. By engaging closely with clients and internal teams, you will help deliver a seamless experience throughout the implementation lifecycle. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Document issues, updates, and new processes while coordinating clear communication across internal teams • Assist the implementations team to ensure a smooth transition from onboarding to support engagement • Collaborate with clients to maintain positive engagement and gather actionable feedback • Support onboarding activities following Go Live and coordinate efforts that promote product adoption using defined KPIs • Engage with clients throughout the implementation lifecycle, supporting the delivery of project milestones • Assist with project tracking to maintain visibility into tasks, timelines, and overall progress • Take ownership of assigned tasks and adapt quickly within a dynamic environment • Contribute as a collaborative team member with strong follow through and reliability KEY REQUIREMENTS • Experience in SaaS, customer success, project coordination, operations, or technical roles • Proficiency with tools such as Excel, ClickUp, Smartsheet, or comparable systems • Strong communication skills with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach • Organized, detail oriented, and process minded with the ability to manage competing priorities • Ability to learn quickly and work effectively in a collaborative team environment • Demonstrated adaptability and accountability in managing tasks • Work hours 8 to 5
