<li>Show dedication and a strong work ethic in previous positions.</li>
<li>Proficient in Microsoft operating systems and advanced software.</li>
<li>Available during standard business hours, with flexibility for some evening and weekend client meetings.</li>
<li>Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to manage client relationships effectively.</li>

<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Oversee numerous projects and administrative staff.</li>
<li>Draft and review contracts, easements, opinion letters, and corporate documents.</li>
<li>Conduct client meetings by phone and in person.</li>
<li>Lead and facilitate corporate client meetings.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with county real estate and recorder regulations.</li>
<li>Effectively manage electronic task lists and billing procedures.</li>
